Vance grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, where his father was a real estate broker and founded a private lending group. Witnessing this from a young age, he developed a passion for real estate and creating funding solutions for investors. His experience includes evaluating loan opportunities, managing voucher control duties, and underwriting real estate projects. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance and currently focuses on identifying qualified borrowers and analyzing real estate assets at Mojave.

Grant Cropper, Director of Investor Relations and Managing Partner at Mojave Capital, brings over 18 years of experience in hard money lending. With a business administration degree from UNLV, he's facilitated $500 million in transactions, scaling portfolios and guiding investors in achieving substantial returns, notably in self-directed IRAs. Beyond work, Grant prioritizes family time, cherishing moments with his wife, Amy, and their three children, while driving Mojave Capital's mission to empower investors in the real estate market.
